This is your chance to use your market knowledge to make a huge impact Your Mission: Strategy, Launch, and Scaling in the DACH Market You won't just manage accounts; you'll own the entire onboarding journey for a portfolio of new advertisers in the German market, ensuring they achieve maximum impact from day one. Design, implement, and launch highly effective PPC campaigns that deliver immediate, measurable results.Engage with businesses via outbound calls to understand their unique goals and present tailored digital advertising strategies.Identify and secure upsell opportunities by continuously optimizing campaigns to maximize client investment and ROI.Apply your knowledge of German digital market practices and GDPR/local regulations to guide clients securely.Build deep, trusted, and lasting relationships, managing high daily interactions while delivering excellence.Maintain accurate, timely client data and performance records within CRM systems. What You Bring to the Table: We need an ambitious, detail-oriented professional ready to excel in the German market. C2 level fluency in German is essential, alongside professional proficiency (C1) in English.20+ months of proven success in a sales or marketing client-facing role, ideally focused on paid digital advertising (PPC).A strong understanding of the German market and its rigorous cultural business practices.Hands-on experience with major PPC platforms and familiarity with CRM tools and AI-driven outreach.A Bachelor's degree (Masters in Marketing/Communications is a plus).Exceptional communication, compelling presentation, and a proactive, results-driven approach.
