Your Mission As a Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager, you will: Act as a trusted advisor for new clients, onboarding and launching high-performing PPC campaignsDrive adoption, growth, and upselling of Google Ads solutionsUnderstand customer goals and design results-driven digital strategiesManage a portfolio of B2B clients through outbound calls and consultative sellingAnalyze performance, minimize churn, and identify expansion opportunitiesWork with CRM tools and AI solutions to optimize outreach and efficiency Why This Role Is Special Youll specialize in the Nordic market, combining: Deep cultural understanding of Danish/Nordic business practicesStrategic thinking to identify high-growth companiesAdvanced problem-solving and stakeholder managementConfidence discussing ROI, integrations, and data privacy (GDPR) What Were Looking For C2 Danish & C1 English20+ months experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing rolesComfortable with targets, presentations, and customer engagementAnalytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindsetFamiliarity with CRM tools and digital marketing ecosystemsInterest in AI-powered workflows (experience is a plus) Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar is a plus — experience counts too.
