About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise-wide information security strategy and roadmap.
Oversee the implementation and management of security policies, standards, and procedures.
Lead and manage the information security team, fostering a culture of security excellence.
Establish and manage the information security budget.
Oversee risk management, compliance, and audit activities related to information security.
Lead the incident response program, ensuring effective and timely resolution of security breaches.
Drive the development and implementation of security awareness training programs.
Represent the company on security matters to the board, regulators, and external stakeholders.
Stay abreast of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity technologies.
Ensure the security of all IT systems, networks, and data assets.
RequirementsMaster's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in information security leadership roles, with at least 5 years as a CISO or equivalent.
Extensive experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide security strategies.
Proven expertise in risk management, compliance, and governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including network security, endpoint security, cloud security, and application security.
Demonstrated experience in leading incident response and crisis management.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing budgets and security teams.
Ability to think strategically and translate complex technical issues into business-relevant terms.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
