Duties
Under the supervision of the waiter or experienced head waiter, we are looking for people with vocation to work as ASSISTANT WAITER:

• Responsible for the reception of goods and equipment for the dining room.
• Organisation and tidiness in fridges and storerooms.
• Use of beer puller and coffee machine.
• Setting up events and groups.
• Follow-up of the HACCP system.
• Cleaning of the room and utensils, waste management according to established protocols.
• Cleaning and organisation of material with dishwasher hood.
