If you already have a track record on the Costa del Sol and want the brand, tools and network to take your business to the next level, this is your move. Who we are Engel & Völkers Marbella is part of one of the world's most recognised luxury real estate brands, with over four decades of international prestige. Locally, we operate six offices across the Costa del Sol and sell more properties than any other real estate company in Marbella. Your role You will list and sell luxury properties for high-net-worth international clients. You will win new listings, advise buyers and sellers with discretion and expertise, and build relationships that last well beyond a single sale, backed by a brand and a team that give you a real competitive advantage. What we are looking for Minimum 2-3 years of verifiable experience in real estate sales, ideally in luxury on the Costa del Sol (experience in other markets will also be considered) Already based on the Costa del Sol Strong knowledge of the local market and an established network of contacts Proven ability in listing acquisition, negotiation and client relationships Fluent English and Spanish (German, Polish or other languages are a clear advantage) Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with the discipline to manage your own pipeline
