Key Responsibilities
Support development, enhancement, and change management activities within PeopleSoft HCM 9.2. Provide application management, technical support, and corrective maintenance. Perform platform updates and ensure stability of PeopleTools 8.62 and related components. Support migration and decommissioning activities across the existing environment. Work with SQL Server, Oracle WebLogic, BI Publisher, and Microsoft Azure hosted services. Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and improve HR-related business processes and system functionality. Must-Have Requirements Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2. Strong knowledge of PeopleTools 8.62. Experience with SQL Server administration and development. Understanding of Oracle WebLogic and BI Publisher. Experience supporting enterprise application maintenance, upgrades, and change management. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure hosted environments. Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment. English: upper-intermediate
