You'll help shape the quality culture of their risk platforms, combining thoughtful manual testing with pragmatic automation. It's a team that values ownership, curiosity and clear communication, and where quality is built in from day one, not added at the end.
What you'll do
Design and run manual tests across frontend, API and database layers, focusing on edge cases and business risksBuild and maintain automated tests with Cucumber and Serenity BDDIntegrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) for fast, reliable feedbackSupport performance and load testingReport quality status clearly using AllureWork closely with developers, BAs and product owners, and propose improvements to QA practices and toolingWhat we're looking forDegree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar3+ years in QA, with solid experience in both manual testing and test automationExperience with Serenity BDD, Cucumber and/or GatlingHands-on with Git, Jenkins and GradleREST API and web services testing experienceFluent English; German is a plusComfortable using AI tools responsibly to boost productivityNice to haveExperience in finance, investment risk or asset managementISTQB certificationWhat's on offerFull-time role in a global, industry-leading companyFlexible benefits package (healthcare, retirement plan and more)Inclusive, collaborative culture with real room to grow
