Our client is a Big 4 Corporate Finance and M&A advisory practice, based in London. The Business Services team is experiencing significant growth and is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Director (Business Services) to help drive origination, lead transaction execution and contribute to the continued success of a high-performing advisory platform.
Your

key responsibilities
as a Corporate Finance Director (Business Services)Generate and develop deal flow through an established network of senior contacts and intermediaries.
Originate and win both buy-side and sell-side M&A mandates.
Lead transaction execution and oversee the delivery of high-quality client outcomes throughout the deal lifecycle.
Drive business development initiatives to support the continued growth of the Corporate Finance practice.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, advisers and key market participants.
Collaborate with colleagues across multiple service lines to maximise commercial opportunities.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of advisory professionals.
Contribute to strategic decision-making and support the long-term growth of the M&A business.
Competitive salary package of up to £180,000, dependent on experience.
