Key Responsibilities
Administer Signavio users, roles, and permissions Handle incidents and service requests related to Signavio Maintain documentation, runbooks, and SOPs Coordinate changes and improvements on the platform Collaborate with SAP (TAM) and internal IT/business stakeholders Work within agile, waterfall, or ticket-based delivery models Profile 4+ years in IT, including 2+ years in BPM, process mining, or SaaS platform operations Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio (Process Manager, Governance, Process Insight/Intelligence) Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams Nice to Have ITSM / ITIL experience Basic Python skills
