- to low-voltage components. Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to develop precise component specifications and custom solutions. Define Technical Purchase Specifications, prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs), manage requirements using DOORS, prepare clause-by-clause evaluations, and verify schematic diagrams. System Definition: Create system and functional specifications, perform load management AC/DC calculations, track energy consumption, detect harmonics, manage on-board energy storage and MV/LV power supplies, and conduct detailed performance simulations. System Integration: Coordinate with other engineering departments (software, schematics, and mechanical teams) to integrate electrical subsystems into the vehicle. Testing & Technical Analysis: Participate in design reviews, technical analyses, prototyping, and on-site testing to ensure functional consistency and compatibility across systems. Define and support test specification creation.
