Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate emerging trends, technologies, and market shifts to inform innovation strategies.
Facilitate ideation workshops and design thinking sessions with cross‑functional teams.
Develop and validate new business models, value propositions, and revenue streams.
Conduct market analysis, competitive landscaping, and feasibility studies for new ventures.
Create strategic roadmaps for innovation implementation and adoption.
Guide clients through the process of experimentation, prototyping, and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) development.
Advise on organizational structures and cultural shifts necessary to support innovation.
Develop strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on innovation initiatives.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on innovation strategies and opportunities.
Track and measure the impact of innovation initiatives on business performance.
RequirementsAdvanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Business, Innovation Management, Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in innovation consulting, corporate strategy, venture capital, or a related field, with a strong focus on new business development.
Demonstrated success in developing and launching new business models or products.
Deep understanding of innovation frameworks, design thinking, and agile methodologies.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
Outstanding virtual communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Proven ability to lead and inspire remote teams and client stakeholders.
High proficiency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.
