- site in Northern Europe Requirements Proven experience of 3+ years in automation as Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineer or similar role Track record of deploying automation solutions (machines) in the field Apply solution thinking (consider all aspects of the automation solution) Mindset of ownership of the product Project management skills As it has not been done before, apply agile work style to iterate quickly to get to solution Work self-directed and solution oriented (we are a remote first company) Excellent communication skills Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in customer interaction/client-facing B.
Sc. in Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering or similar field; Master's degree is a plus Willing and excited to travel up to 80% of total time English proficiency
