For our boutique in Barcelona we are looking for a Senior Client Advisor available for work full-time.

She/he will have to provide customers with high quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to spread the philosophy and the culture of the Brand.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Etro history and heritage
- Assist customers accordingly with Etro selling ceremony
- Discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products
- Ensure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the business
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM strategies
- Establish good group dynamics, through efficient communication
- Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines
- Help ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise
Follow Company grooming, accordingly with Etro standards and policies. xqbhyrx
Key Requirements- Deep passion for fashion and luxury
- Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies
- Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers’ attitude
- Ability to adapt to different customers
- Team-playing attitude
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in Spanish and English. Another language is a plus
