This role is ideal for a senior consultant who enjoys combining solution architecture, customer workshops, business process consulting, and hands-on ServiceNow expertise. You will work directly with stakeholders to define OT strategies, shape solution roadmaps, and guide implementations across the ServiceNow OT suite.
ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of ServiceNow OT solutionsFacilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetingsGather and document business requirementsCreate user stories and support backlog refinementConduct solution demonstrations and process design sessionsDefine implementation roadmaps and delivery strategiesProvide architectural guidance throughout project deliveryAct as a trusted advisor for customers operating in regulated OT environmentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomesRequired ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow OT SuiteProven Business Process Consultant (BPC) backgroundExperience leading customer workshops and discovery sessionsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience creating user stories and managing requirementsSolution architecture experience within ServiceNow environmentsAbility to work independently and lead workstreams from inception to deliveryExperience with:OT Service ManagementOT Asset ManagementOT Vulnerability ResponseOT HealthOT Change, Incident, and Request ManagementPreferred
Experience:
