Global Business Insights Analyst

**The role**

This is a critical role in Nespresso HQ Digital team. The main responsibility is to analyze customer related data and translate it into actionable insights and recommendations for improving business performance.

This role requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen and strong communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

**What you’ll do**
- Using statistical techniques and data mining methodologies to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in the data.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements. Translating business requirements into technical specifications and data models to ensure effective data collection and analysis.
- Contributing to the design of the database, including data collection mechanisms, data storage, and data integration strategies. Working closely with IT teams to ensure the infrastructure supports the required data analytics capabilities.
- Creating visually appealing and insightful reports and dashboards to communicate key findings and performance metrics, transactionnal and behavioral data analysis.
- Presenting findings to business stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals, to ensure smooth data integration, data quality, and analysis. He/She will engage with business stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support..

In summary, the Global Business Insights Analyst is responsible for leveraging the 360 customer view to drive strategic decision-making, improve operational processes, and optimize business performance.

**MinImum qualifications**:

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques such as SQL, Python, R or similar programming languages,
- 7 years hands-on experience in Data Analytics / Business Analytics / CRM / Reporting
- eCommerce analytics knowledge.
- Proved experience translating data into meaningful insights to management with accuracy and reliability.

**Bonus Points If You**:

- A graduate of a Bachelor of Science, program or a higher level post-secondary educational program in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Operation Research, or quantitative disciplines.
