Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

A Business Analyst in Mettler Toledo Sales International is responsible for analyzing and optimizing sales processes across global markets. Key duties typically include gathering and interpreting sales data, identifying market trends, supporting strategic sales initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing actionable insights to improve international sales performance. The role often requires strong communication skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and an understanding of diverse cultural and economic environments to support the company’s international growth objectives. This person need to have Data Analyst skills and knowledge, being Business oriented and having initiative.

**Tasks**:

- Report preparation for internal use and Partners´s analysis.
- New Dashboards desing for Business Areas and partners.
- Develop internal Process Automation to help the Sales International Team to be more efficient.
- Update the internal Sales Reports Market research.

What You Need to Succeed

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau
- English level B2
- Analytical thinking: analyzes information and identifies relationships
- Teamwork
- Creativity and innovation: applies new approaches
- Ability to work in a multinational and multicultural environment
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, plus a specialization or Master's in Business Analytics/Big Data or Business Intelligence.
- Previous experience of 1-3 years performing similar functions.
