Head of Customer Care

Based in Valencia, Avantio's goal is to help vacation rental companies grow and become more competitive. The vacation rental is a fast-growing and innovative sector that is displacing hotels as the preferred form of accommodation. **Your role at Avantio** This is a key role in the company. Our customer care team has a direct impact on the business, that’s why we are looking for someone with experience managing a large team, with a very strategic vision of the business. **What You Will Do** - Manage and motivate one of the biggest teams of the company, the Customer Care team, composed of +50 people and 5 Team Leaders. - Define with the management the objectives of the department and identify areas for improvement - Design, evaluate, analyze and execute innovative strategies and tactics aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction **Who You Are** - Between 5-10 years of experience on a similar role - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills. - Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently and effectively with mínimal supervision - Able to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities. - Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and leadership skills (English and Spanish are essential, French, Italian or German is a plus) - Enthusiastic and a great attitude towards learning - Experience managing service and/or operational level agreements with strong customer service, interpersonal and active listening skills. **What do we offer?** - We are a leading global provider of solutions, services and technological tools for holiday rentals with a stable projection. - Stable full-time contract. - Salary according to experience - Training provided by the company. - Flexible working hours. - We currently have a hybrid working system, which means that we come two days a week and three days of telework. - Possibility to build a long-term career.
