Based in Valencia and with sales teams in the USA, in Avantio you will discover a highly qualified team, made up of top-level professionals, in an international environment. **Description**: Daily duties of the team: - Manage these requests and resolve them as soon as possible or pass the report on to the technical team for resolution. - Follow up on incidents and ensure customer satisfaction. - Once your knowledge of the product is more advanced: upgrade plans, post sales, module activation. - Support the team in other markets as needed. - Translation of online support for new launches (on demand). - Support at customer events in the market. - Support in market development and system adaptation. **What are we looking for?**- Native or bilingual in French and Spanish - Proactive and positive attitude - Service oriented - You are a technology geek. If you know our products is a plus. - You are passionate about customer care **Useful**: - Knowledge of other additional languages: English, Italian, French... - A restless, creative person with the ability to generate ideas. - You like to work in a team.
