JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experienced Release & Change Manager to work in the enablement infrastructure and software delivery automation in a product-oriented organization. The principal purpose is:
- To ensure that changes and releases are performed in a stable, reliable, and communicated manner
- To ensure the necessary stakeholders are kept informed of the changes/releases and external/internal customers are updated as necessary
- To ensure that all teams are clear on the implementation plans for any changes/releases and that all parties are agreed and confirmed their reliability
- To enable the release and deployment flow for each Product to be as automated as much as possible
- Plans, coordinates, and controls the ordinary, weekly, and emergency software deployments into production and infrastructure changes minimizing the impact on the business operations and assuring availability and performance.

Skills Required:
- Experience in a Release and Change Management environments
- Experience in the use of JIRA and other ITSM tools
- Experience of ITIL and the associated Change and Release Management Flows
- Experience in working in a Scaled Agile organization
- Experience in source control tools (GIT/subversion)
- Experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery processes
Valuable Skills:
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with automation and orchestration tools.
- Experience with monitoring solutions such as Prometheus, ELK, Datadog, or Dynatrace.
- Experience in the travel industry.
Soft Skills:
- Good communication and influencing skills.
- Strong technical, logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with an agile mindset.
- Able to work under pressure and with shifting priorities.
- Ability to think outside the box, multi-task, and efficiently manage time.
- Life-long learning attitude.
- Automation focuses perspective.
