**Main responsibilities**:
Qualifyze Spain is looking for a world-class People Generalist to join our rapidly growing Barcelona team, supporting our entire team and the amazing expansion we are facing.

You will join a rockstar People team that currently consists of 5 team members based in Barcelona and Frankfurt.
- Manage all People related topics & systems for our diverse and international organization in Spain
- Be the first point of contact for employees’ and managers’ questions regarding People related policies, processes and procedures
- Take ownership of our People Ops administrative processes like contract & document management, occupational safety and labor law, leave & salary administration
- Build and optimize essential HR processes, implement tools and policies with the goal to automate and streamline them across the entire organization
- Take ownership of our HRIS (Personio) and improve our digital processes
- Support our new hires in their relocation process and their onboarding.
- Support the entire team with labor law questions.
- Drive exciting employee engagement initiatives and Diversity & Inclusion
- Continuously work to improve our people processes to deliver an outstanding employee experience.
- Degree in HR, Labor Law, Law, Business or closely related field of study
- 3+ years of experience in HR (start-up scaling experience is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment
- Resilience in working with ambiguity
- Strong organizational and time management skills, proactivity, and creativity
- Customer service orientation - you love to solve people’s problems and help
- Great communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish & English, perfect verbal and written communication
- The ability to connect with people, listen and truly understand their needs to provide an excellent employee experience
- You are passionate about continuous learning at work, and you want to join us in building an exceptional team and company to have real impact in this space
- Fundamental Knowledge of Spanish employment and labor
