Product Design Lead

**What will you be doing**
- Working with cross-functional teams of designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver an outstanding user experience in our products and services;
- Develop intuitive and visually engaging interfaces that enhance the user experience of our online identity verification process.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that effectively communicate design solutions
- Take projects from ideation to execution and deliver the most effective solution
- Continuously iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and data analysis
- Staying up-to-date on emerging trends, best practices, design techniques and tools and the competitive landscape, and sharing knowledge and best practices with the team and the organization.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design, visual design, and motion design (a bonus), as well as problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Expert in using Figma and other design tools
- Knowledge of design systems, typography, and grid systems
- Good understanding of the end-to-end UX design process.
- Excellent communication skills. You are able to speak through your work and communicate concepts and ideas throughout the process.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the business.
- Experience with usability testing and other user research techniques is a plus.
- Experience designing for accessibility and internationalization is a plus
