Product Design Lead

The Product team is building a low-friction way to validate digital IDs and reliably connect the physical and digital worlds. Our team is highly collaborative, working closely with clients and across multiple functions to bring different perspectives together in creating the best possible solutions.
- As a Product Design Lead, you'll lead and mentor our team of product designers. You'll drive user-centered and innovative digital product design and own our end-to-end design process from ideation to delivery. You'll also take a hands-on role in different projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

**What will you be doing...**
- Leading and mentoring a team of product designers
- Defining and innovating on team processes and systems to improve the velocity, quality and impact of product design
- Working with cross-functional teams of researchers, designers, product managers and engineers to deliver an outstanding user experience in our products and services
- Sharing knowledge on product design techniques and providing training and guidance across the business
- Staying up-to-date on emerging trends, best practices, design techniques and tools and the competitive landscape, and sharing knowledge and best practices with the team and the organization

**Who are we looking for?**
- You have proven experience in leading a team of product designers and driving the design of digital products from ideation to delivery
- You have a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and case studies, including UX/UI design and research work
- You have strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and tools such as Figma
- You are familiar with design systems, prototyping tools, and usability testing methods
- You have an excellent command of the English language
- You have great communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
