**Requirements**:
**Required Skills**:

- Advanced proficiency in UI/UX design tools and methodologies with at least 6 years of experience.
- Strong user-centric design thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to define and improve design processes.
- Proven ability to deeply understand and craft complex flows shared across a multi-product system.
- Ability to craft delightful experiences within tight system limitations with minimum impact on UX.
- Strong attention to detail with top-notch UI design skills.
- Analyze user research data and integrate findings into the design.
- Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to justify design decisions and lead discussions.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to multitask between several projects.
- Ability to provide clear and constructive design critique.
- Direct managerial experience with a strong leadership and mentorship record.

**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Directly manage and continuously grow a team of experienced senior product designers, providing them with mentorship and professional career growth opportunities.
- Lead the design of specific features or products independently, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to ensure a cohesive and aligned design process.
- Drive design projects to completion, ensuring they meet project KPIs and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify and solve design challenges, iterating based on user feedback and data.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes for usability testing and iterate based on results.
- Contribute to the design system by successfully integrating new components.
- Communicate design decisions, both visually and verbally, to stakeholders at all levels.
