We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **HAZOP Assistant Support** to join our global Risk Management Consulting team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals or recent graduates with a passion for safety, engineering, and continuous learning. The position is based in San Cugat, Barcelona, Spain.

As a **HAZOP Assistant Support,** you’ll gain exposure to industry-leading methodologies and digital tools while contributing to the delivery of high-quality HAZOP studies and safety assessments.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Modeller - Our digital HAZOP Assistant tool requires a digital twin of the process system that is the focus of HAZOP. One of your key roles will be to develop these digital twin models.
- Workshop scribe - Whilst the HAZOP Assistant tool will identify many deviations, workshops are still required, and scribing HAZOP and similar workshops is one of the responsibilities of the role. These workshops may be online or in person, and hence some travel will be required at times.
- Data Management - Help organise and manage technical documentation, meeting notes, and risk registers.
- Team Collaboration - Work closely with consultants, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Learning & Development - Participate in training sessions and mentoring programs to build your technical and professional skills.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, process safety, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and an interest in digital tools and data analysis.
