INTERN - Finance Assistant
Are you passionate about numbers, analysis, and supporting business decisions through data? At **Ignion**, we’re looking for a **Finance Assistant (Intern)** to join our Finance Department and support both the **Accounting** and **FP&A** areas.
**What you’ll do**
- Reconcile accounting records and identify discrepancies.
- Create and update dashboards with business KPIs, financial statements, expense reports, and other relevant data.
- Support the Senior Accountant with daily accounting tasks.
- Verify the accuracy of financial spreadsheets and documentation.
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners.
- Support the annual audit process.
- Perform data searches and assist with cross-departmental information requests.
- Help implement financial systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
**Location**: Sant Cugat — hybrid
**Duration**: TBD (with the possibility to extend)
**Requirements**:
- Currently in the **final year of a Bachelor’s degree** or pursuing a **Master’s in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field**.
- Advanced **Excel** skills and knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Spanish and English (B2/C1)
- Availability**:part-time (20 hours per week)**.
