Solution Architect

In the last decade our professional services teams have expanded rapidly and we now have a wide range of uniquely software-powered transformation services - again primarily for SAP clients - where we execute projects such as: M&A SLO transformations, S/4HANA & Payroll selective data transitions, Privacy apps and clean-up projects (and test environments data scrambling), Functional transformations (e.g. profit centre reorgs, or base unit of measurement conversions) and more.

The purpose of this role is to help SAP customers understand the capabilities and business value of EPI-USE Labs products. The role of the Solution Architect is to understand a customer’s challenges and become a trusted advisor through relationship building and product knowledge. You will help customers overcome these challenges through discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, executive presentations, and follow-up discussions.

The Solution Architect will be a key participant in sales cycles as a member of the presales team in support of the sales strategy. You will develop innovative and tailored solutions that address client needs and deliver value-added services, and create compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to effectively showcase our products and services to clients.

For this specific role it is mandatory to meet these requirements:

- Minimum of five years SAP experience
- Experience of pricing and selling enterprise software
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, presentation and communication skills
- Proven experience in a Solution Advisor, Architect or Technical Consultant role
- Ability to create and deliver PowerPoint presentations conveying technical information and hold attention of large audience.
- Ability to clearly explain complex information to SAP customers.

**Desirable Skills**
- Understanding and demonstrable capability in the software delivery lifecycle
- Understanding of Data Warehousing approaches and techniques
- English + one other European language
- Knowledge of both R/3 and S/4HANA areas of SAP technically
- Experience in SAP project lifecycles - ideally three cycles
- ABAP knowledge

- **Roles & Responsibilities**
- Lead client engagements in the initial stages, focusing on understanding and defining challenges and formulating solutions
- Work in close collaboration with the Sales teams and Services Consultants
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, quickly establishing trust and a deep understanding of their challenges and requirements
- Drive the solution development process, ensuring it aligns with client needs and strategic goals, while entrusting the team to execute through agile methodologies.
- Remain up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in our own and others’ software development as well as advancements in data and software solution technologies
- Expected 10% travel to customers currently, although this may be more or less. Travel might result in being away from home Monday-Friday for periods of time

Pay: 67,548.00€ - 83,123.00€ per year
