Tasks

How will your day to day look like as a Order Management Agent?

The Order Management Agent’s main objective is to achieve the daily, weekly & monthly targets for his/her group. This is achieved by training and deploying resource effectively through the team structure. An operational role that also encompasses key relationships within XE (Country Teams, Management Team, BPO team, Partners & Customers

Your specific responsibilities?

  • you will manage effectively designated team work-flow to achieve SLA and Targets
  • you will manage Input & Process Orders & Returns
  • you will also manage the validation of orders and pricing
  • you will be managing the relevant customer details
  • You will ensure compliance with work instructions and absolute compliance with corporate guidelines encompassing in particular ethical and financial rules
  • you will escalate in a timely and professional manner any issues that prevent the completion of tasks and achievement of SLA and targets
  • you will respond and action in a timely professional manner any escalations received
  • you will provide the Team Leader with timely and accurate reporting that captures performance trend metrics and actionable management information.
  • you will support with the implementation and maintenance of robotic process automation.

**Requirements**

What do you need for this job?

  • you need a minimum of 1 years’ experience with in an order to collect organization
  • you need a University Level education (desirable)
  • you need fluency in French and English both written and verbal.
  • you need to be results and target driven
  • you need to be a Team Player
  • you need the ability to work on own initiative
  • you need to adaptable to a changing environment & flexible with regard to working patterns
  • you need excellent communication skills
  • you need quality and attention to details oriented
  • you need to be self-motivated and willing to learn new skills
