Our client is a European consultancy provider of IT infrastructure services. Their mission is to help customers maximise the value of IT by advising on IT strategy, deploying and integrating appropriate Technologies.

**¿Qué harás?**

- As a Level 1 Help Desk Agent, you will

  • You will response to the customer and an initial analysis of the incident within xx minutes;
  • You will registrate the incident in the system;
  • You will escalate the incident where necessary;
  • You will regularly contact the customer about ongoing calls;
  • You will check for error messages in the monitoring environments;
  • You will escalate incidents in accordance with the SLA Administration
  • You will keep professional knowledge up to date.

**¿A quién buscamos?**

  • You have native level of Dutch.
  • You have a high level of English (C1)
  • You have high communicative skills.
  • You have interest in the IT sector.
