**Organization**:
You will work in an international company, offering payroll, global HCM and outsourcing services in more than 140 countries and markets.

**Function**:

- During your day to day:
- You will drive the business forward by reaching and exceeding your sales goals.
- You will turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans. Using a cold calling strategy, build relationships with potential clients, uncover the true needs of their business, and recommend the right products and services.

**Requirements**:

- You are the person we are looking for if:
- You are an assertive, persistent, good listener, and self-motivated person.
- You have excellent closing skills.
- You are goal-oriented.
- You are well organized with highly effective time and activity management skills.
- You have a native level of German and fluent English.
