Learn more about us at Order Management Specialist is responsible for accurately entering and processing customer orders, ensuring data accuracy and supporting a smooth order-to-cash process. The main objective of this role is to achieve the daily, weekly & monthly targets for order management activity. This role works closely with Sales, Logistics, Customer Service and in-country teams.Key ResponsibilitiesTo manage effectively designated teamwork-flow to achieve SLA’s and TargetsInput and process orders and returns with 100% accuracyReview and validate orders for completeness, pricing accuracy and required documentationMaintain and update the customer details, order notes, billing/shipping information; generate basic reports as neededServe as a primary point of contact for order related inquiriesTo ensure compliance with work instructions and corporate guidelines encompassing ethical and financial rules.Support with the implementation and maintenance of robotic process automation.Qualifications1-3 years in order entry activity or customer serviceStrong attention to details and quality orientedGood communication and multitasking skillsFluency in Dutch and English both written and verbalResults / Target drivenTeam PlayerAbility to work on own initiativeAdaptable to a changing environment & flexible regarding working patternsFamiliar with SAP or others CRM/ERP systemsSelf-motivated and willing to learn new skillsComputer literateWhat we offerFull-time contractCompetitive salary and bonus schemeThe opportunity to work on interesting projects, like the development of RPA, data reports and overall OTC process improvements.Excellent work environment and an active social committee for all fun at work.Flexible working hoursGenerous relocation package#J-18808-Ljbffr
