Abrimos nueva posición de junto a uno de nuestros clientes ubicados en Valencia de Customer Service.
El profesional que se incorpore será el contacto único de la empresa para cada cliente, gestionando la relación con el cliente (gestión de pedidos, contratos, litigios) y asegurando el control de los márgenes relacionados con los contratos y los pedidos de cada clientes y asegurando la satisfacción de estos.
**Las funciones a realizar serán las siguientes**:
Validar y registrar los pedidos de los clientes.
Analizar las existencias y realizar las asignaciones de material.
Gestionar los pedidos de clientes de principio a fin (registro, revisión de plazos, B/L, paquete documental,...).
Mantener a los clientes informados del estado y progreso de sus pedidos.
Realizar la facturación y el seguimiento de los pagos de los clientes.
Analizar y tratar las disfunciones y los conflictos con los contactos internos y externos.
Plantear las disfunciones que no puedan ser gestionadas a su nível o que puedan repercutir en otros proveedores/clientes fuera de su ámbito.
Participar en las rutinas de gestión de su departamento.
Participar en proyectos de innovación y mejora continua.
**Requisitos**:
Experiência previa como Customer Service
Alta orientación de atención al cliente
Inglés C1
