**YOUR MISSION**

Lead Glovo's global tax strategy, where you'll ensure robust compliance across multiple jurisdictions while driving strategic initiatives that directly impact our international operations.

This high-visibility role offers the opportunity to shape tax operations through cross-functional leadership, optimize processes, and provide critical guidance to international teams while building valuable relationships with global stakeholders and external advisors.

**THE JOURNEY**
- Manage global international tax matters and ensure compliance across all jurisdictions.
- Lead Transfer Pricing projects with direct interaction with our shareholder, Delivery Hero.
- Drive International Tax OKRs to successful completion and measure performance.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance financial and tax operations.
- Provide strategic tax guidance to international teams and headquarters.
- Support technical international tax projects on an ad-hoc basis.
- Identify and mitigate tax risks while maximizing opportunities for Glovo.
- Collaborate with compliance teams during tax authority inquiries and audits.
- Partner with global tax teams on ongoing activities and strategic projects.
- Optimize tax processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build stakeholder relationships and manage external tax advisor relationships.
- Support in setting team objectives and monitor progress toward operational goals.

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE**
- 6 - 8+ years of international tax experience in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments.
- Big Four or top-tier law firm background required.
- Corporate tax department experience is a strong plus.
- Advanced problem-solving skills with a results-driven, get-things-done attitude.
- Exceptional project ownership and accountability for deliverables.
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Adaptability and efficiency in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
- Self-motivated and ambitious with natural curiosity and drive for excellence.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach to work with positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Advanced **English**proficiency required.
