We are currently seeking a Business Development Representative to join our **sales RatedPower team in Madrid to cover UK market**. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions. Be a part of the energy transition and join our growing team, creating intelligent connections across the energy value chain with a strategic focus on growing our offerings in Power & Renewables.

**Performance Objectives**
- Representing our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of them.
- Proactively seeking new leads and business opportunities in the market.
- Setting up meetings or calls between potential customers and sales executives.
- Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects and engaging sales executives for next steps.
- Identifying best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook.
- Identifying prospects’ needs and suggesting appropriate products/services.
- Reporting to the sales manager with weekly and monthly results.
- Prospecting potentials leads by performing market research and identifying new opportunities.
- Fluent English (C2 level)
- Prior experience is not required but will be valued.
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment.
- Desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
- Highly self-driven sense of motivation.

**Desired Skills**
- Studies in Business and Engineering are positively valued.
- Other languages are a plus. Mainly: Spanish, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, German, and French.
