本岗位负责速卖通在西班牙市场,对应行业整体研究与分析,包括行业用户、商家、店铺、商品、竞争对手等情况,并根据市场及行业情况及时调整运营策略。 1、3年以上相关行业运营经验及平台运营经验,熟悉电商平台运营,跨境\外贸业务运营经验优先; 2、熟悉行业市场,对商家管理有了解,对市场行情以及消费者有敏锐的洞察和分析力; 3、具备营销策划、组织协调及资源整合能力,良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神; 4、有较强的数据处理和分析能力; 5、英语能力优秀,懂西班牙语或海外生活及工作经验者优先 6、有丰富的商务合作,谈判经验和进销存管理优先;有咨询公司、项目管理和营销策略能力优先; This position is responsible for the overall research and analysis of AliExpress in the Spanish market, including customers, sellers, stores, products, competitors, etc., and timely adjust operation strategies according to the market and industry conditions. 1. at least 3 years relevant industry operation experience and platform operation experience, familiar with e-commerce platform operation, cross-border \ foreign trade business operation experience is preferred. 2. Familiar with industry market, understanding of business management, keen insight and analysis of market conditions and consumers. 3. Capable of marketing planning, organization and coordination and resources integration, superb communication skills (both written and verbal) and team spirit. 4. Strong data processing and analysis ability. Capable of scalating and automating processes 5. Excellent English skills; knowledge of Spanish or overseas living and working experience is preferred. 6. Rich experience in business cooperation, negotiation and inventory management is preferred. Knowledge of consulting, project management and marketing strategy is preferred.
