**The project**

As a Integrated Channels Operations Intern, you will support the Retail Operations team both in daily operational tasks, focusing on the improvement of order management between online and in-store channels.

**What will the role entail?**
- Support in Order Management System back-office activities: Assist in resolving issues and continuously improving processes.
- Omnichannel order management: Collaborate on managing online orders fulfilled by physical stores, ensuring the proper execution of operations.
- Store support in omnichannel operations: Provide assistance to stores in implementing and executing processes related to both online sales and in store fulfillment.
- Online returns in stores: Support the handling of product returns from online orders processed in physical stores, ensuring proper management and processing.

**Requirements**:

- **Degree**: Degree or equivalent in Logistics, Business Administration, Operations or similar
- **Languages**: high Level of English is a must, any additional languages are a big plus
- **IT Skills**: medium-high understanding of Excel, ideally some experience and/or knowledge of SAP platforms.
- Experience in a retail store will be considered.
