To support our Customer Success department, we are looking for a native Spanish speaker who is currently studying to join our team as in-house Spanish Translation intern. Any additional languages are a plus. You will be translating content for an international hotel tech brand, everything from client communications, our tool, educational content and review translations for marketing blogs and materials to product and sales collateral. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their skills in translation, editing, and cross-cultural communication while learning how to leverage AI technology in the translation process.
You need to be creative and demonstrate a strong ability to work with many internal stakeholders, form part of an agile team, and fully own the area of Spanish translation.
**Tasks**:
- Translate and format
- Educational content for our Learning & Support Center
- Translate product and platform content
- Proofread and edit translated texts
- Use AI-powered translation tools
**Qualifications**
- Spanish native
- Currently studying Spanish translation
- Fluent English essential, other European languages are a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational aptitude, ability to prioritize, multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible professional who enjoys working on projects with a team.
- Experience within B2B marketing and SaaS a plus
- Familiarity with AI-powered translation tools and willingness to learn new technologies.
