As Brand Coordinator at Shimano, you would facilitator between Sales/ Marketing/Product teams and the Customer / Consumer contributing to the execution of an excellent marketing plan. We are looking for someone who is proactive in approach. One who can bring about new ideas and implement them and is willing to work as a team.

The Challenge
- Develop year marketing plan together with marketing team and ensure its monitoring, execution, and evaluation.
- Ensure proper execution of product launches, including all tools and materials for the sales team.
- Pro-actively collect market information (competition, market/sales data, trend information) for relevant product categories through field visits, online research, exhibitions and joining vendor presentations.
- Manage effective relationships with the whole team to ensure the flow of communication.
- Track and analyze brand/product monthly performance, profitability, and trends.
- Build the basis of new launch forecasts and its monthly tracking.
- Liaise with sales and marketing services to communicate product information, sales actions, pricing, margin analysis, compare forecast data, promotion & delivery /stock situation.
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of annual sales and marketing plans for assigned products/brands, taking remedial action where required.
- Maintain frequent contact with European Brand team.

What are we looking for?
- At least 3-6 years of relevant experience (preferably in an international setting).
- Knowledge of Product Management is a plus.
- Knowledge of working with bicycle-related components and products is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Creative profile, proactive and willing to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Excellent language skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Analytical profile, good with data management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Power Point.
- Willingness to travel.
