Are you a good communicator? then we would like to know more about youAs Brand Coordinator at Shimano, you would facilitator between Sales/ Marketing/Product teams and the Customer / Consumer contributing to the execution of an excellent marketing plan. We are looking for someone who is proactive in approach. One who can bring about new ideas and implement them and is willing to work as a team.The Challenge Be part of Brand team and work with sales, marketing and technical specialists to make things done becoming a product master. Develop year marketing plan together with marketing team and ensure its monitoring, execution and evaluation. Ensure proper execution of product launches, including all tools and materials for sales team. Pro-actively collect market information (competition, market/sales data, trend information) for relevant product categories through field visits, online research, exhibitions and joining vendor presentations. Manage effective relationships with the whole team to ensure the flow of communication. Track and analyze brand/product monthly performance, profitability and trends. Build the basis of new launch forecasts and its monthly tracking. Liaise with sales and marketing services to communicate product information, sales actions, pricing, margin analysis, compare forecast data, promotion & delivery /stock situation. Contribute to the development and monitoring of annual sales and marketing plans for assigned products/brands, taking remedial action where required. Maintain frequent contact with European Brand team. What are we looking for? At least 3-6 years of relevant experience (preferably in an international setting). Knowledge of Product Management is a plus. Knowledge of working with bicycle-related components and product is needed. Affinity with the bike-market and the Shimano-product range. Excellent language skills in English, both verbally and in writing. Analytical profile, master in data management Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Power Point Willingness to travel.
