Overview We are looking for a Brand Coordinator to join our Brand team at Sporty Group. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, visibility, and impact across the business. What Youll Be Doing Develop a deep understanding of Sporty Group’s brands, values, tone of voice, products, and audiences Support the Brand Director in defining and maintaining a clear brand strategy for each brand Help identify priority products, features, and moments to highlight throughout the year Build and manage a comprehensive brand calendar, including key marketing moments, campaigns, product launches, sponsorships, and internal milestones Lead the planning and execution of smaller brand campaigns and marketing initiatives Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, product, content, social, partnerships) to ensure brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints Ensure brand guidelines are understood, applied, and respected across markets and channels Monitor brand performance, campaign results, and cultural moments, providing insights and recommendations What Youll Bring 2 - 4 years of experience in brand marketing, brand management, or a similar role Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute and manage details Genuine interest in brands, culture, sports, entertainment, and marketing Ability to understand complex brand ecosystems and simplify them into clear actions Strong organizational skills and comfort managing calendars, timelines, and multiple projects Confidence working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Creative sensitivity and good judgment when evaluating ideas and executions Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Fluent English is required Even better if Experience working with multi-brand or multi-market environments Background in sports, entertainment, betting, gaming, or digital platforms Experience collaborating with creative agencies or in-house creative teams A proactive mindset: comfortable taking ownership and pushing ideas forward Role Specific Tools Presentation tools (Google Slides, Canva) Collaboration and communication tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams) Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, dashboards, internal reporting tools) Social and content platforms (for coordination and understanding, not execution) Whats In It For You Centrally located offices in Madrid 23 working days of annual leave, plus public holidays in accordance with the official calendar of the city of Madrid Optional flexible remuneration scheme (e.g. meals, transport, childcare) for tax optimisation Employment contract under Spanish payroll (PAYE), registered with Spanish Social Security Quarterly performance-based bonuses Flexible working hours Top-of-the-line equipment and tools Employee referral bonuses Regional and global company retreats If you're interested, we encourage you to apply.
