**We are currently recruiting a Data Entry Clerk located in Madrid, who will be responsible for securing revenue for the business by checking and following up on external agents’ deposits.**
The responsibilities will include:
- Update and record in our system receivable entries by checking and posting deposits on Ria’s bank accounts for different countries on a timely basis.
- Analysis of the Data registered in order to scalate to AR Department or Credit Department any inconsistency in the deposits or Partial payments.
- Good skills and knowdledge of computer tools (especially Excel).
- oral and written communications skills in English
- Team player.
- Detail orientated and accurate.
- Minimum A-level education, degree in a financial discipline will be preferred
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable when working in a fast-paced often pressurized environment.
- Analytical thinking with volume information
