**Scope of Position**

Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service within the Air Import Department.

**Major Duties and Responsibilities**
- Shipment management from origin to destination.
- Incoterms knowledge.
- Adherence to internal procedures
- Data entry into our proprietary operating system
- Interact with our customers in order to assure an optimal service.
- Prepare the required documentation for international transportation.
- Receive and update shipment status in a timely manner; issue shipment arrival notices.
- Trace and track all inbound shipments.

**Requisitos**:

- High school education (Economics or Logistics)
- Experience preferable
- Computer literate - MS Office
- Communicative command of English - daily use
- Communicative skills, flexibility, teamwork
- Technical background is advantage
- Pleasant appearance, reliable and accurate person
- Able to work independently
- Teamwork and active attitude
- Have permission to work in the European Union.
