Local Unit & Position Description:
We are looking for a Technical Content Writer to collaborate in the planning, designing, creation, and publishing of client-facing technical documentation. You will also collaborate to produce internal documentation. Additionally, you will contribute to write UX copy, and oversee the translation of the content to several languages.
Main Responsabilities:
- Research, draft, edit and publish technical documentation and communications for our online help center, user guides, release notes, newsletters and FAQs.
- Manage and maintain a centralized knowledge base system for single-sourcing modular documentation.
- Research, write and review UX copy.
- Oversee the translation of the product UI and technical documentation.
- Work on multiple projects with varying timelines, complexities, and scopes.
- Collect feedback and monitor content to ensure that it responds to user needs

Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Languages, Translation or other related field.
- 1-3 years of experience writing technical documentation and other content for multiple audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. Additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in translation project management.
- Experience writing and maintaining process specifications and style guides.
- Experience with content-authoring methodologies and tools.
- Experience with content management systems.
- Experience with single-sourcing and modular documentation strategies.
- Experience with content audits, information architecture, content design.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Markdown, DITA, Git, static site generators.
- General knowledge of User Experience (UX) and Copywriting.
- Interest in renewable energies is welcome.
- Positive and resilient personality.
