Mystery Project selecciona un/a Quality Engineer que impulse la excelencia operativa y la cultura de calidad en planta.
**Ubicación**: Donostia (presencial, entrada flexible)
**Contrato**: Indefinido - Jornada completa
**Rango salarial orientativo**: 37.000 € brutos/año según experiência
Tu misión
Asegurar que cada proceso y cada producto cumplen —y superan— los estándares exigidos, integrando la calidad desde el diseño hasta la entrega y convirtiendo los datos en mejoras reales de fiabilidad, coste y plazo.
Qué harás (áreas clave de impacto)
**Sistema de gestión**: mantener y mejorar el SGC conforme a ISO 9001 y ISO 14001 (procedimientos, indicadores, formación y auditorías).
**Calidad de proceso**: definir Planes de Control, AMFE/FMEA, MSA y SPC; liderar acciones ante desviaciones y variabilidad.
**APQP & PPAP**: coordinar entregables de lanzamiento/industrialización y la documentación de PPAP con clientes y proveedores.
**No conformidades & 8D**: gestionar incidencias de cliente/proveedor, análisis causa raíz y acciones correctivas/preventivas sostenibles.
**Proveedor y cliente**: homologación y seguimiento de proveedores críticos; soporte técnico a clientes y auditorías de segunda parte.
**Mejora continua**: promover iniciativas Lean/Kaizen, estandarización y digitalización de registros de calidad.
**Reporting**: implantar KPIs de calidad (ppm, scrap, retrabajos, capabilidad) y compartir insights accionables con Producción e Ingeniería.
**Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados**:
Grado en Ingeniería (Industrial, Electrónica, Organización o afín). +3 años en calidad o procesos en entorno industrial (automoción, electrónica, mecanizado, montaje o similar). Manejo práctico de APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, SPC y MSA. Experiência en auditorías internas/externas y mantenimiento de sistemas ISO. Capacidad analítica, comunicación clara y orientación a resultados. Deseable: familiaridad con IATF 16949 e inglés profesional.
