You will work closely with customers and internal teams, focusing on the technical aspects of BMS projects to implement and customize solutions that maximize the performance, safety and efficiency of our products. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that meet industry standards and customer expectations.TasksYou will design and validatebattery management system (BMS) platforms, participating in the definition of their architecture and ensuring compliance with applicable safety, performance, and regulatory requirements.You will perform calibration and integration activitiesfor BMS systems, providing technical support to clients to facilitate the adoption and optimal performance of our solutions.You will work closely withhardware and software engineering teams to ensure the effective integration of BMS solutions in various environments and applications.You will collaborate closelywith product management, branding, and sales teams to understand customer needs and market trends, translating these requirements into technical specifications.You will contribute to continuous improvement initiativesto optimize product quality, performance, and manufacturability.RequirementsWhat You Will Bring – Required Knowledge and Experience:Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields.Professional experience in system engineering, ideally in the automotive or a related industry, with a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.Strong understanding of battery systems and their electronic control systems, including system architecture and design principles, algorithm development and validation.Intermediate level of English (B2).Proactivity and eagerness to seek continuous improvement.Ability to manage people and work in a team.Attention to detail and responsibility to ensure quality delivery to third parties.Other notesWhat We Offer – Why NX TechnologiesSpace to grow and develop in an innovative project with growth potential in the automotive sector.Be part of and learn from an expert team in the automotive industry with years of experience from leading OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.23 days of vacation plus additional company-designated closure days.Dynamic and collaborative environment.CV Max. file size: 20 MB.
