Se pueden asignar otras funciones. - Ser ejemplo de la servicio al cliente y la experiência del cliente en tienda - Mantener todos los estándares que cubren el producto y de la sala de ventas. - Mantenerse al dia en el conocimiento del producto y la historias de la marca UA mediante la participación activa en todas las sesiones de formacion: ser un "embajador de la marca" - Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las políticas y procedimientos de UA - Brindar comentarios oportunos y constructivos al Store Manager y al Assistant Store Manager en todas las facetas de las operaciones de la tienda. - Cumplir y superar todos los objetivos y métricas de rendimiento individuales y de equipo establecidos - Mostrar una actitud profesional y positiva y poseer habilidades interpersonales excepcionales. **Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)**: Para realizar el trabajo con éxito, una persona debe demostrar las siguientes competencias: Resolución de problemas: identifica y resuelve problemas de manera oportuna; Recopila y analiza información con destreza; Desarrolla soluciones alternativas; Funciona bien en situaciones de resolución de problemas en grupo; Usa la razón incluso cuando se trata de temas emocionales. Servicio al cliente: gestiona situaciones difíciles o emocionales con clientes; Responde rapidamente a las necesidades del cliente; Solicita comentarios de los clientes para mejorar el servicio; Responde a solicitudes de servicio y asistencia; Cumple compromisos. Habilidades interpersonales: se enfoca en resolver conflictos, no en culpar; Mantiene la confidencialidad; Permanece abierto a las ideas de los demás e prueba cosas nuevas. Comunicación oral: habla clara y persuasiva en situaciones positivas o negativas; escucha y obtiene aclaraciones; Responde bien a las preguntas; Demuestra habilidades de presentación en grupo; Participa en reuniones.
