Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa, Mallorca is located on a cliff and surrounded by pine forests looking over the fishing town of Port Soller.

Its 121 spacious guestrooms and suites, all with private terrace or French balcony, enjoy stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea or views of the port and the impressive Tramuntana mountain range, a UNESCO Heritage site.

The hotel offers three restaurants, three bars, two swimming pools and our Talise Spa. The hotel is divided into eleven low-rise structures ensuring that visitors experience a truly exceptional and natural environment.

**About the Role**:
An opportunity has arisen for a Front Office Agent position to join our Rooms Department in Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa.

**The main duties and responsibilities of this role**:

- To ensure all guests are given a personalised, warm, friendly, courteous and efficient service at all times. Besides, warrant smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office.
- Be warrant of smooth and efficient daily operation of the Reception Desk, guaranteeing that all hotel guests and visitors receive an optimum level of service and care at all times:

- All individual personalised check ins and check outs of guests.
- Liaising with guests for all general enquiries
- To assist Other Hotel Front office Operation whenever required.
- Adhere to all payments; cash handling and credit policies & procedures.

**About you**:
**Qualification & Experience**:

- Essential High School Graduates
- English & Spanish Language Diplomas
- Desired Degree qualification from a recognised hotel or business school
- Desired German and Russian language Diploma
- Front Office Customer service experience in a five-star environment
- Complaint handling in a Five Star Hotel
- Team Working

**Skills**
- Proficiency in spoken and written business English and Spanish.
- Able to effectively communicate with all levels of colleagues and Management.
- Pleasing Personality.
- Speak one additional language, German and Russian highly desirable.
- IT and PMS System, preferably Opera
