We are seeking a Finance Operations Manager to join our growing Treatwell team. Working alongside the CFO, you will be combining your skills as an exceptionally qualified hands-on financial professional that is also a people leader. You will act as an advisor and executor within the business, ensuring adequate processes and systems are in place to support the ambitious growth.

The role of the Finance Operations Manager has a holistic overview and responsibility for the finance operations and is a hands-on approach to implementing a best-in-class finance function. It entails ownership of cash control and has 6 direct reports who are responsible for the Customer payments (Accounts Receivable; B2B and B2C payments).

**You will be responsible for**
- Overseeing and managing the Customer Invoicing (Accounts Receivable) teams.
- Cash cycle management including maintenance of bank accounts, mandates, Direct Debits, online banking and payment processing platforms (e.g., PayPal, GoCardless, Stripe etc.) on B2C and B2B side of the organisation.
- Controlling all areas of customer credit/debt management and liaising with sales and operations as required.
- Management of bad debt from B2B perspective, liaising with Account Management and Customer Experience departments on corrective actions, working closely with Controlling team on complete and accurate reflection of bad debt position.
- Ensuring and managing the integrity of master data on ERP systems.
- Posting of journals including all transactions accounted for in NetSuite or any other Finance package in line with existing and future processes.
- Support wider Finance transformation initiatives plus ad-hoc support to key strategic projects, including new business integration.
- Reviewing the current processes of Accounts Receivable functions and suggesting improvements and efficiencies.
- Communicate with outside entities on behalf of the company e.g., Customers and Service providers.

**About You**
- Hands-on approach, able to work through others, including indirect business partners.
- Proven track record in a similar transactional role with a cash management focus.
- Confident and approachable character, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
- Highly motivated with a positive and proactive approach to problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong professional relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Knowledge of accounting software (in particular, Oracle NetSuite).
- Able to present to the Executive Team and senior managers.
- Excellent project managerial and interpersonal skills.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified is a plus.
- Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects as required.
- Fluent English speaker.
