Entravision is seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and results-driven Finance Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our financial processes, reporting systems, and compliance frameworks. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence within the finance department and across cross-functional business units. The ideal candidate will blend traditional financial rigor with a forward-thinking mindset to support scalable growth. What You'll Do: Own day-to-day finance operations, specifically accounts payable and accounts receivable. Implement and optimize financial workflows, controls, and reporting structures in line with industry best practices and compliance policy. Liaise with cross-functional departments including Sales, Legal, HR, and Business Operations to support commercial execution. Manage and optimize finance-related systems, with a strong preference for prior experience in NetSuite (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM) environments. Champion automation and digital transformation initiatives to reduce manual dependencies and improve reporting timelines. Coordinate with VP of Finance, Tech team and external vendors to support ongoing enhancements and integrations. Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual operational finance closing and reports for senior leadership. Work closely with internal and external auditors to support annual audits and ensure SOX compliance. Ensure internal controls are implemented, followed, and audited periodically. What do you need to have: 4–7 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years managing AR/AP operations. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline. Professional fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Strong grasp of accounting standards, internal control frameworks, and financial workflows. Advanced Spreadsheet and financial modeling skills. Preferred MBA, CPA, or equivalent professional certification. Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM platforms. Experience in a multinational or multi-entity environment, preferably within media, advertising, or digital sectors.
