Finance Operations Manager

**What You’ll Do**:

- Own day-to-day finance operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Implement and optimize financial workflows, controls, and reporting structures in line with industry best practices and compliance policy.
- Liaise with cross-functional departments including Sales, Legal, HR, and Business Operations to support commercial execution.
- Manage and optimize finance-related systems, with a strong preference for prior experience in NetSuite (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM) environments.
- Champion automation and digital transformation initiatives to reduce manual dependencies and improve reporting timelines.
- Coordinate with VP of Finance, Tech team and external vendors to support ongoing enhancements and integrations.
- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual operational finance closing and reports for senior leadership.
- Work closely with internal and external auditors to support annual audits and ensure SOX compliance. Ensure internal controls are implemented, followed, and audited periodically.

**What do you need to have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years managing finance operations.
- Professional fluency in **both Spanish and English** (written and spoken) is **mandatory**.
- Strong grasp of accounting standards, internal control frameworks, and financial workflows.
- Advanced Spreadsheet and financial modeling skills.

**Preferred**:

- MBA, CPA, or equivalent professional certification.
- Hands-on experience with **Oracle NetSuite ERP** and **Salesforce CRM** platforms.
- Experience in a multinational or multi-entity environment, preferably within media, advertising, or digital sectors.
