**Short description of the work field**:
As **Country Sales Manager Iberia**, you will lead the local sales of Apollo Tyres across all product lines, carrying full commercial responsibility for the Spanish and Portuguese market. You will steer our brand’s presence, build lasting customer relationships, and drive revenue growth through a combination of direct sales leadership, market strategy, and dealer management. Working in close alignment with our South-West Cluster (Spain, Portugal, France, Italy) and European leadership team, you will shape and execute market-specific business plans that enhance brand positioning and maximize profitability.
This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role for an ambitious sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings deep industry knowledge and strategic thinking to the table.
**What will be your role?**
**Drive Strategic Sales Execution & Market Expansion**
- Own the development and implementation of country-specific business plans aligned with Apollo Tyres’ European strategy
- Lead and motivate the local sales team and dealer network to achieve ambitious sales targets and margin goals
- Translate market insights into actionable opportunities that boost market share and customer loyalty
**Lead Operational Excellence & profitability Performance**
- Take responsibility for all sales for Spain and Portugal
- Prepare and manage annual budgets in collaboration with local and European stakeholders
- Monitor performance metrics, and maximize sales team potential
**Shape Our Market Presence & Local Impact**
- Steer the relationship with local customers and partners in Spain and Portugal
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and policy adherence across sales, pricing, channel strategies, and marketing
- Identify the best distribution channels and partnerships to expand reach and improve market penetration
- You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- You bring significant experience in sales leadership, ideally in the tyre, automotive, or related B2B sectors
- You combine strategic thinking with operational excellence and a strong commercial instinct
- You’re an excellent communicator and team leader, fluent in Spanish and English
- You know how to manage budgets, negotiate deals, and build partnerships that last
- You thrive under pressure, adapt easily, and love making data-driven decisions
- You live in the Barcelona region or are open to relocate
